Mike and the kids were off last Tuesday for Veterans Day so we went to the park with the Cobbs. We had a picnic and played a game of kick ball with the kids.

I am so thankful for my little Aubree, who is growing up on me way too fast. She was my 1st baby. I remember right before she was born, I just couldn't wait to meet her. I was so excited when she finally came to be with us. I had alone time with her like I haven't had with my other children since she was the first. We played all day, everyday. It was so much fun. I didn't have very many worries back then. I wasn't on any kind of schedule because I didn't have any kids in school. It was just the 2 of us while daddy was at work. Aubree has such a great personality. She is so much fun when she is happy! She has the most contagious laugh. One of the things I love most about Aubree is her desire to ALWAYS do what's right. I remember when Aubree was about 4 years old, she was looking through a photo album and noticed a picture of her from when she was about 18 months old. She had a dress on that had spaghetti straps. This was ONE of the TWO times I dressed her immodestly. I remember her being very upset with me because I didn't dress her modestly (at 4 years old). She asked me if Heavenly Father would forgive me. She is now 10 and is still very good about always wanting to be modest. She is such a good example to me and her sisters. I haven't dressed any of my girls immodestly since. I'm so proud of her!!! Aubree has accomplished a lot since she has started school. She has made honor roll almost every grading period. She is an amazing runner - she placed 3rd at the Southern California State track meet. She is also very good at playing the piano. She has only been doing it for a year, but you would never know it. She has her father's talent. I am so thankful for you Aubree!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!!
Love,
Mom
